When all hope was lost it was me you found Kith and kin were gone but I was around Hearts become joyous at the sound of my voice I'm tolerated by all; the old, young girls and boys Who am I ? Maybe everyone's choice Haters and fakers are real~ life's full of rigmarole The misconception is 'Let's rock and roll! ' A small world indeed to live in Nevertheless, mighty are the happenings within When you cry I cry along with you When you smile, likewise I do This is who I am, this is my identity A man of faith and confidence; A great personality Determined to bring hopes and dreams into reality. Crucify Him!!! Crucify Him!!! They yelled on top of their voices Possessed with conclusions they guess  Will reward to the  destruction of the anointed. Ignorant of  it essence. They walk in their disguise garments Claiming to have passed lawful judgement. But along the paths of Jerusalem Was a guiltless blood blaspheme. A treasury it was to humanity. Across the Borders of Golgatha  was a cross. Struck down to the skull of the sinful  And breaking the mentality of captivity Alongside the Gate of Hell to insecurity . From the North to the South;He stand in for man And from the West to the East; He laid aside His power Just for the bloody lies and accusations to be sanctified. His palms were nailed to pain His flesh was thorn to pay His head was tortured for a crown. And He was pierced for a breakthrough. He fought for freedom For the man who persecuted Him. Abide before the devil takes you for a ride Because in this great darkness, many souls are restless Blinded so they can't complain or confess The masquerade parades himself in the streets of town Like an angel of light he drags people into the night So Abide Created to abide yet he persuades us to go hide So before we arrive he wants to connive but no❗ he won't succeed cos we're the incorruptible seed of Abba, father So we don't fall nor are we slaves to sin People, this world is so dark And because the prince of this world loves the night He's turned off the lights that he may grip us so tight But no❗ Christ said “I am come a light into the world that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness” Friends, look sharp, be firm in the rock Stick to the rod, keep your eyes on the road Before you loose the divine track Lest you get stuck, never to bounce back See, to abide under the shadow of the almighty it behoves on you to stay
