The year started beautifully as churches, organizations and institutions started shouting their themes for the year at 12am during 31st night. Everything was magical, different kinds of beautiful fireworks were thrown into the sky just to welcome this year. The year looked promising at least for me as a young lady I had lots of activity planed as my new year resolutions, but little did I know that the year also had its own plans .I woke up one day and heard Chinese were dying. But the question was why were they dying, what was going on there, and then I decide to research and found the exact thing killing them. CORONA VIRUS. I have read the lexicon, I mean the dictionary from page to page, cover to cover but I never came across this word. I thought I had seen it all, not knowing some were in stock for me to witness. COVID-19 SCARE: LEVEL 300 KNUST STUDENT DONATES SAFETY ITEMS TO SELECTED COMMUNITIES IN ASHANTI REGION.

Report by Efua-Bedu Hayfron A level 300 Chemistry student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Daniel Oppong Kyeremeh, affectionately called KOD has donated safety precautionary items to members of some selected communities in the Ashanti region. The items include alcohol based hand sanitizers, protective hand gloves, nose masks and veronica buckets. These items were donated to aid the fight against Coronavirus. Asenua, Ahwiaa, Buokrom Estate and Asorenkwanta in the Kwabre district were some of the communities that benefited from this donation exercise. Speaking to Mr. Daniel, he explained the reason for his donations as "an act of citizenship and an active participation in the sensitization and fight against this deadly pandemic" Supported by some colleague students from his institution, Daniel Oppong Kyeremeh also engaged in a community sensitization exercise to educate the people on what Coronavirus is, globall

You are free.  It does not take a majority to prevail… but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.  Freedom means you are unobstructed in living your life as you choose. Anything less is a form of slavery.  Seek freedom and become captive of your desires. Seek discipline and find you
